British Feathers

I set out to create a series of bird illustrations which would be printed and sold, with 10% of the profits going direct to the RSPB. I worked up a technique which involved firstly hand sketching the birds and then taking the image into illustrator and working over the sketch with bold vector colours. I wanted to bring out the colour that you don’t always appreciate in our much loved feathered residents. All the birds are local to the area of Lancashire.
