Swim with Mark

I was approached by Mark, who runs a great swimming course for young ones, based in Blackburn, Preston and Trafford, ‘Swim with Mark’. His little boy Charlie had featured on his promotional material for a while as a simple photograph, and he wanted to develop an actual character based on Charlie. So after I sketched a few ideas and developed Charlie into a character all of his own, Mark went on to feature him on their new website, banners, business cards etc. The new Charlie definitely puts the fun into swimming, he’s also unique to Mark which is great. Once Charlie was created, we developed three other swimming characters for use on certificates and the website, all of them designed to fit in with the same look and feel of the brand. It was a brilliant project to work on and Mark was great, he’s really suited with Charlie, and I think Charlie is quite excited about being turned into a fab little character and made ever so slightly famous!
