Rosegrove Nursery, who are based over in Burnley, had created a new Forest School area for the children. They needed new photography and an overhaul on their literature to bring it inline with the more natural look and feel of the nursery. Previously the branding had been colourful and vibrant. And although it worked as a set, it didn't get the new Forest School feel across.
I visited one morning when the weather was fine, and managed to capture the children at play, but had been asked to keep them anonymous, so it was a nice challenge in getting creative with blurred backgrounds and equipment whilst they all had fun outside.
The illustrations created had a muted tone, and I used various shots of the natural materials and planting at the nursery to good effect.
